Embarrassing true fact: I briefly confused the tachometer for a speedometer on a mk4 Jetta:
Obviously not a good look for me , but also what sort of sick German weirdo labels revs in 10s x 100 rather 1s x 1000s?

Based on the performance numbers I’m seeing for the Jetta I’m not sure I’ll have this problem, but at least the 0-60 is fast enough to merge with freeway traffic in the 21st century
